Lost LOVE

I was lucky to learn about Faith and Angelo's romantic love story.  They were high school sweethearts who's lives had to go down different roads than planned.  Many years later and with the power of facebook they were able to reignite their love for one another!  I had the pleasure of photographing Faith and Angelo on a very snowy Saturday.  After back to back snow storms and freezing rain, it was quite an adventure wondering the streets of historic Ellicott City and trying not to slip on the many ice patches.  We managed and were able to capture some truly charming photos.  Here are just a few of them.

This shot was taken outside of the studio on my new bench!

Mini Holiday Session on the Farm

Yesterday, I met up with an old colleague for a photo shoot.  I finally got a chance to meet her charming family.  Her 3 1/2 year old twin boys were adorable and so well behaved.  They just loved the farm!  I don't think I have ever heard "CHEESE" so many times in one day!  We were lucky that it was a beautiful day on the farm.  The sun was out and the temperature was just right.   Even though the leaves had fallen from the trees we still were able to capture these beautiful photos.  I am really happy with the way they turned out, I hope you enjoy them as well! I'm going to start posting my photos in my teasers.

Bryan & Nicole's Engagement Session

Bryan and Nicole fell in love two years ago.  They met in college but, reconnected on Facebook.  We were going to shoot their engagement session on the beach last week but the weather didn't cooperated.  We came close to another wash out last night as it started to rain in Washington DC right at the end of their session.  Even thou this wasn't our original location to shoot things have away of working out for the better. Their first date was in Washington DC so it was fitting to shoot their engagement photos here.

NYC Wedding

These are a few shots I took of my friends Matt and Nadean's wedding on September 18, 2010 in New York City. Since I wasn't their photographer I thought it would be rude if I took my professional camera and flash, so I used my little point and shoot camera. I would have loved to have used my big girl camera but again, it would have looked bad. These aren't the best photos but, they are still nice.

Their wedding was amazing and I haven't partied like that in a long time!  It was a full weekend of events.  Friday was the rehearsal party, Saturday the wedding, and Sunday they ended the festivities watching the Redskins game in one of their favorite bars.
The band that played at the wedding was a Grammy award winning country band "The Lost Trailers". This was their last performance as a group and they rocked out.
I thank Matt and Nadean again for letting me be apart of their special day! It truly was a beautiful wedding and a great weekend.
